Shipping policy

Most items are shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified if there are any delays. If your order includes items that are made to order the your complete order will be shipped when those items are ready (the lead times for handmade and custom made items can be found on the product pages in the description)

Props for Dots currently only ship within South Africa. 

The standard courier fee is R95. This is for delivery to your door. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days

Pudo is also available; Please add PUDO to your cart as an item and select 'LOCAL PICKUP' at checkout. The standard fee for PUDO is R60 to your nearest PUDO locker/kiosk. Add the name of your PUDO locker/kiosk in your address field. Pudo usually takes 1 to 4 business days

Local pickup is also available. Please select this option if you want to pick up yourself or send your own courier. I will be in contact with you to confirm that your order is ready
